SELF PAY

For individuals that do not have health insurance, or have health insurance not currently accepted by Wellness Grove, the following are the self pay rates for individualized counseling services.

INITIAL INTAKE (FIRST APPOINTMENT)
Effective until: 2/28/2026
For new clients, your first appointment is more in-depth and requires additional paperwork and analysis by the assigned clinician.  A one-time fee of $150 for this first appointment will be due at the time of service.

Effective: 3/1/2026
For new clients, your first appointment is more in-depth and requires additional paperwork and analysis by the assigned clinician.  A one-time fee of $175 for this first appointment will be due at the time of service.

ON-GOING APPOINTMENTS
Effective until: 2/28/2026
All appointments after the initial intake (or first appointment with Wellness Grove) are charged $125/session.  Payment is due at the time of service.

Effective: 3/1/2026
All appointments after the initial intake (or first appointment with Wellness Grove) are charged $150/session.  Payment is due at the time of service.
